1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services, information products, and goods provided by Accryon through our website. By placing an order or accessing content, you agree to these terms, effective as of January 1, 2025.

Accryon offers automated bookkeeping assistance, delivered remotely or at your location, on a subscription or per-project basis. Services include recurring data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tasks.

You may request to reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

4. Information Products

We provide digital guides and templates to support bookkeeping workflows. These items are available for instant access upon purchase.

5. Goods

Accryon may offer physical books, ledgers, and branded stationery. Such items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

6. Compensation Terms

All fees are due upon placement of an order or subscription activation. Payments are processed through approved third-party processors. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Refund Policy

Services

If you are not satisfied with a service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service date. Approved refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may instead choose to reschedule a service without penalty if requested at least 48 hours prior to the session.

Information Products

Digital products may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has been initiated. Once the file is accessed, refunds are not possible due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.

Goods

Physical items can be shipped back for a refund within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of shipped items.

No-Refund Services

Certain custom bookkeeping projects and consulting sessions are final sale due to resource allocation and preparation. Such services are marked “no refund” at the time of purchase. This policy ensures commitment of dedicated staff and scheduling resources.
